CONTENT

• Responsibilities of executives in occupational health and safety as role models,

• The role and responsibilities of accident investigation and risk assessment processes,

• Risk assessment methods and tools, action tracking,

• Emergency management, communication, executives’ role and responsibilities in emergency management and preparation process,

• Identify risky behaviors, positive-supportive relationship management,

• Dynamics that triggering & reinforcing risky behaviors and discourage safe behaviors,

• Role and responsibilities for developing a safe working culture

CERTIFICATION

• Participants who have successfully completed the measurement and evaluation studies in the trainings are entitled to receive a “Certificate of Achievement” according to the legislation. “Participation Certificate” is organized for the participants who cannot achieve the targeted success in the training programs.
