WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Members of the Risk Assessment Team.

• The duties and responsibilities of the employers, employees and the risk assessment team in line with the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 and the Risk Assessment Regulation

• Hazard and risk definitions

• Review significant sources of hazards,

• Determining and evaluating the risks

• Factors those are affecting the probability of occurrence of hazards and the severity of the consequences

• Evaluating the probability and severity of hazards

• Prioritizing and rating the risks according to the priority

• Risk control hierarchy

• Stages of risk assessment process

• Using the risk assessment forms and tools

• Assess the effectiveness of existing controls

• Designing appropriate controlling stages for the purpose of reducing the identified risks

• Identify the elements of the risk assessment procedure,

• Using risk assessment recording tools,

• Risk assessment and control practices on business samples

• Identify the risks of work units at the workplace

CERTIFICATION

• Participants who have successfully completed the measurement and evaluation studies in the trainings are entitled to receive a “Certificate of Achievement” according to the legislation. “Participation Certificate” is organized for the participants who cannot achieve the targeted success in the training programs.
